We are seeking a Project Sales Specialist to join our UK operations.
The Role
- Develop and implement sales strategies for large-scale power & HVAC projects
- Identify and assess new opportunities from qualified leads
- Provide strategic recommendations to drive growth within major projects
- Manage customer enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure orders
- Identify and develop value-added engineering solutions
- Deliver technically complex, high-value, profitable projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally on engineering, project delivery, invoicing, and operational execution
About You
- Proven commercial experience within large-scale projects
- Technical or engineering background
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
