We are seeking a Project Sales Specialist to join our UK operations.



The Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for large-scale power & HVAC projects
  • Identify and assess new opportunities from qualified leads
  • Provide strategic recommendations to drive growth within major projects
  • Manage customer enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure orders
  • Identify and develop value-added engineering solutions
  • Deliver technically complex, high-value, profitable projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on engineering, project delivery, invoicing, and operational execution



About You

  • Proven commercial experience within large-scale projects
  • Technical or engineering background
  • Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
