£28,000–£32,000 base + £10,000–£20,000 OTE (Year 1)

The Role

We’re looking for ambitious, motivated graduates to join our Leeds team as Entry-Level BDRs. This is your doorway into a high-growth sales career with real progression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reaching out to potential clients and starting meaningful conversations
• Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline
• Booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team
• Learning how to sell, influence, and communicate like a pro

The Package

• £28k – £32k base salary
