Position Overview:

As an OE Account Manager for Specialty tyres, you will be instrumental in expanding our OE market presence and achieving strategic growth objectives. You will leverage your extensive experience in the specialty tyre industry to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, develop sales forecasts, and collaborate closely with our team in China HQ to meet customer demands and drive product innovation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customers and maintain old customers in the tyre industry.
  • Develop and execute business plans that achieve strategic growth objectives for MAXAM as well as for customer's business.
  • Develop sales forecasts and demand planning requirements for supply chain and manufacturing purposes collaboratively with the customer base.
  • Continually develop strategic, strong relationships with business owner, key management, department heads and team members with customers, participating in joint business planning and other value creation activities. Be known as a trusted advisor to our customer's businesses.
  • Prepare, deliver and present professional sales proposals and presentations to the existing and potential customers.
  • Communicating and delivering on pricing, promotions and other product initiatives through the customers.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling OEM partnerships within the specialty tyre industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Residence within Europe and the ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
