Job Profile

• Order and reserve parts, process invoices and payments
• Handle after-sales enquiries alongside the service department
• Respond to customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Prepare estimates and present tailored solutions
• Maintain close contact with workshops and service advisors
• Support parts inventory checks and stock awareness
• Prospect new clients and grow your customer accounts
• Contact customers with promotions and follow-up offers

Candidate profile

• Experience in the automotive industry or car parts sector -this is essential
• Full professional fluency in German, plus strong English - written and spoken
• Comfortable on the phone - confident, clear, and customer-focused in every interaction
• Good commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
• A collaborative attitude - you work well with workshops, advisors, and customers alike
