Thisisahands-onrolebasedattheCroydonheadoffice,coveringLondonandsurroundingareas,offeringagreatchancetogetinvolvedinbuildingandpropertyservices.Nopreviousexperienceisrequired,asfulltrainingwillbeprovided.

KeyResponsibilities:

• CarryoutFireAlarmandEmergencyLightingtestingacrossresidentialandcommercialproperties
• ConductroutineFireDoorInspectionsinlinewithTheFireSafety(England)Regulations2022
• Performgeneralsitechecksrelatedtosafetyandoperationalstandards
• AccuratelyrecordandreportfindingsusingMicrosoftOffice
