Senior Associate (Principal Consultant) | DATA Staffing | London

The DATA market is expected to continue to €1.2 trillion by 2034. Germany already holds the largest Data Platform market share in Europe. Energy, Financial services, and Manufacturing are all racing to build production-grade data platforms. The Lakehouse revolution is accelerating this further. Databricks' global revenue grew over 50% YoY, with more than 60% of the Fortune 500 now using the platform yet hiring managers are struggling to find candidates skilled not only in Databricks but across the broader data engineering and AI/ML stack.

AI Futures are a hyper-niche staffing startup with a vision to be the No.1 AI Recruiter on the planet. Funded by Puffin Point, we are on a mission to build the most powerful network of AI and Data talent ever.

Our DATA team is 1 of our 4 new, highly specialised teams working the DACH region from our London office. As a Senior Associate, you will be the MVP in your team. Your role is to win clients, achieve a No.1 position in your vertical market, be a thought leader in the AI and Data community and lead by example with more junior team players.

What do we want?

Our top 2 criteria are potential and values. You will also need the following experience –

• 24 months + experience in niche, high value recruitment in Tech
• 24 month+ experience in Permanent
• An exemplary track record of winning clients and developing clients
• Experience of achieving a No.1 position in a market
• Experience on the German market is beneficial
• Fluent German is beneficial
