Territory Manager

Locations: South East England

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Commission: 20k OTE

The Opportunity

We are seeking two Territory Managers to drive business growth across the South West and South East regions. This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role focused on supporting healthcare professionals with clinically focused solutions that improve patient outcomes and caregiver safety.

The successful candidates will work closely with Occupational Therapists, clinicians, community equipment services, procurement teams, and care providers across NHS and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory across NHS, community, and care environments
• Develop strong relationships with clinicians, Occupational Therapists, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
• Deliver product demonstrations, assessments, and evaluations
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the territory
• Support product training and ongoing customer education
• Manage territory forecasting, pipeline activity, and account planning
• Work collaboratively with internal clinical and commercial teams
