Trainee Cybersecurity Executive

£30,000–£40,000 Base | £54,000–£64,000 Year-One OTE | Glasgow | Hybrid After Training

I’m currently partnering with a growing cybersecurity and managed services provider that is looking to hire ambitious Trainee Cybersecurity Executives to join its commercial team.

This is an entry route into one of the fastest-growing and highest-paying industries in the UK. No previous cybersecurity experience is required - the business is looking for driven, commercially minded individuals who want to build a long-term career in enterprise technology sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn the cybersecurity industry, technologies, vendors, and buying landscape
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target markets
• Support experienced Account Managers on live enterprise opportunities
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and prospective clients
• Attend cyber security conferences, networking events, and industry meetings across the UK
• Develop both commercial and technical expertise through structured training and certifications

(Previous sales experience can be helpful, but it is not essential)
