Export Manager – EMEA Branded FMCG
Hybrid/Remote | UK Based - £55,000 to £70,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus.

Because this one is all about growth. Not a “maintain what’s already there” role.
This is a commercial role with genuine ownership across EMEA markets — managing distributors, growing brands, and finding ways to unlock more business across Europe and the Middle East.
The role
You’ll take ownership of distributor partnerships across EMEA, helping drive growth across a portfolio of FMCG brands.
You’re joining at a point where international growth is a real focus. The business already has strong foundations in place. Existing distributors. Established markets. Recognisable products.
Now they want someone who can push things further.
You’ll be:
- Driving commercial performance through pricing, promotions and growth plans
- Leading negotiations and customer reviews working alongside the distributors
- Identifying opportunities to expand the wider product portfolio into current EMEA markets
- Travelling internationally to strengthen relationships and support market growth
What they’re looking for
- Experience in export, international sales in branded FMCG/Food/Beverage
- Someone who understands how distributor-led markets work
- Commercially sharp and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong relationship builder who can influence and drive growth
