A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join a growing organisation, taking responsibility for developing the independent retail channel across the South West.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer sales growth across all product categories, delivering profitable gross margin returns while achieving annual territory targets.
- Use CRM systems effectively to analyse customer data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the successful launch of new products and ensure quarterly objectives are consistently achieved.
- Maintain a structured call cycle, meet daily KPIs, and proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a strong background in field sales or regional account management, along with a proven track record of growing existing accounts, winning new business, and consistently delivering against sales targets.
You will be comfortable using CRM systems and possess a driven, organised, and self-motivated approach. Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills are essential.
