£42,000–£45,000 + £16,000 OTE (Uncapped)

A growing business operating within the brand partnerships and live events space is looking for a Sales Manager to help drive commercial growth across a range of high-profile projects and client campaigns.

This role is centred around developing relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and managing strategic partnerships within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions while contributing to wider business growth initiatives.

The Role:

• Managing and growing commercial partnerships across multiple projects

• Building relationships with new and existing stakeholders

• Leading commercial conversations from outreach through to agreement

• Identifying new opportunities for revenue and collaboration

• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to support delivery

• Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management

• Representing the business at meetings and networking opportunities

• Contributing to wider commercial planning and strategy

About You:

• Previous experience within B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial roles

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Commercially minded with experience working towards targets

• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities

• Comfortable working within a collaborative, fast-moving environment

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
