This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant, based in Greater London. The Sales Assistant will engage directly with customers to provide outstanding service, support sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, handling transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, the role involves offering personalized advice about A.P.C.'s products to enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for assisting and engaging with people
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and convey information clearly
• Sales expertise and an understanding of techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge or interest in fashion and retail trends is highly desirable
• Prior sales or retail experience is a plus but not required
