Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and development of the UK luxury travel and tour operator segment
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with premium travel agencies, with a focus on London and the South of England
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the travel trade sector
  • Achieve sales revenue targets in line with agreed objectives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute trade strategies
  • Contribute to commercial planning initiatives aimed at maximizing market performance
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement effective action plans
  • Manage key accounts, including luxury travel consortia such as Virtuoso
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and clients
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to travel agents and trade partners
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Assist with marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence
  • Ensure strong commercial exposure and promotional positioning across channels
  • Travel to Greece regularly to remain informed about hotel products and services
  • Organize and coordinate familiarization trips for selected travel agencies
  • Work closely with internal sales and hotel teams to ensure alignment on goals and performance


Requirements

  • Previous experience within the travel industry
  • Demonstrated background in hotel sales and trade sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven sales ability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider team environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
  • Experience in the mediterranean seas will be highly appreciated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
