Ambala Foods is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with retail, catering, and wholesale clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including customised and bulk orders;
  • Actively promote the company’s products to walk-in customers and corporate clients;
  • Manage the full sales process, from enquiry to order completion and after-sales service;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business;
  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently;
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all products, ingredients, pricing, and seasonal offerings;
  • Coordinate with kitchen and production staff to ensure timely fulfilment of orders;
  • Monitor stock levels;
  • Process payments and maintain accurate sales records;
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and festive campaigns;
  • Stay informed about competitor activity and local market trends


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably within food, bakery, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling customised or event-based orders (e.g., weddings, celebrations) and knowledge of confectionery or bakery products
  • Experience in sales, foundation of social media marketing;
  • Basic IT skills for handling sales systems and records

Job Type: Full-time


Salary Range: From £33,000 to £42,000 gross per annum


Work Location: In person, on-site.


Work hours: 37.5 hours per week
