Global Projects Corporate Manager – Luxury Bathroom Products
Based out of London - Overseas travel | Competitive basic + up to 20% Bonus + Car + Benefits

We are partnering with a leading high-end bathroom brand renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and beautifully designed products specified into some of the world’s most prestigious projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and take ownership of key relationships across the world, working on landmark hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects with architects, interior designers, developers, and hotel groups.
The Role
1. Global Architect & Designer Strategy
· Define and implement a global engagement strategy for architects, designers, planners, and specifiers across the Group brands
· Position the Group as a preferred specification partner for international and locally driven projects
· Drive early-stage project involvement (“spec-in”) to maximise long-term conversion potential
· Develop structured engagement models aligned to regional market dynamics

2. Specification & Project Influence
· Build, manage, and expand a global network of architectural and design influencers
· Support key international and multi-market projects through early design and specification phases
· Ensure consistent specification tools, content, and processes across brands and markets
· Collaborate on major global project opportunities requiring multi-brand or portfolio solutions

3. Brand & Portfolio Representation
· Represent the wider Group portfolio to the global architecture and design community
· Ensure clear brand roles, positioning, and differentiation at specification level
· Support global launches, design concepts, reference projects, and award initiatives
· Act as brand ambassador at international fairs, design forums, and industry events

4. Enablement of Local Markets
· Act as a resource hub for local project, sales, and specification teams
· Define best-practice processes for architect & designer engagement
· Provide guidance, training, and strategic support to regional teams
· Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries and brands
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with:
. Global & regional Project Sales teams
. Marketing & Brand teams
. Product Management & Innovation
. Global Accounts & Key Project stakeholders
· Align architectural engagement with:
. Product roadmaps
. Sustainability and innovation messaging
. Go-to-market and segmentation strategies
6. Reporting & Performance Management
· Define KPIs related to:
. Specification activity
. Influencer engagement
. Project pipeline support
· Monitor effectiveness of architectural engagement models
· Provide regular reporting and insights to Global Projects leadership

· External: Architects, Designers, Design Studios, Specifiers, Developers, Project Consultants, Global Key Accounts where required
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial ability with a genuine appreciation for premium design and customer experience.
You will ideally have:
- Proven specification sales experience with 10+ years experience within bathrooms, interiors, KBB, ceramics, tiles, lighting, or related construction products
- Existing relationships within the London A&D community
- Experience working on commercial or hospitality projects
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and consultative sales approach
- Strong project management and pipeline tracking ability
- Ambition, energy, and a polished professional manner
