About the Role
This role will be highly focused within hospital, theatre, and outpatient environments, working closely with clinicians and healthcare professionals across the urology pathway. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious individual with experience in medical device sales who is looking to further develop their career within the urology market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed territory sales and revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within NHS and private healthcare environments
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Deliver product demonstrations, installations, and end-user training
- Support exhibitions, marketing initiatives, and clinical events
- Maintain accurate territory planning, forecasting, and CRM reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support wider business objectives
- Support customers across hospital departments, theatre settings, and outpatient clinics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical device sales role
- Experience selling within the medical devices industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
- Full UK driving licence
