As the home of Project Solar, we specialise in high-quality renewable energy solutions that future-proof homes and support the UK’s journey to a carbon net-zero future. We do this as a trusted, independent, nationwide advisor, focusing on clear, honest conversations - never pressure-led sales.


We’re looking for experienced Self-Employed field based/ inhome sales professionals to join us as at Project Solar and help change the way homeowners access solar energy. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, design-led brand - proudly supported by Kevin McCloud - and play a genuine role in shaping a more sustainable future.


Commission Only | £60K+ OTE | Pre-Booked Appointments

You’ll attend pre‑booked appointments at homeowners’ properties, conduct in‑home consultations, and close sales on residential solar solutions. Full product and sales training is provided - your sales ability is what matters most.


Earnings & Structure

  • Commission‑only structure with uncapped earnings

The Role: You focus on selling. We handle installations, admin and customer support.

  • Attend pre-booked residential appointments (no cold calling)
  • Meet homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar
  • Educate customers on Solar PV, battery storage and savings
  • Assess property suitability and household energy usage
  • Build trust and recommend tailored solutions
  • Present clear quotations and finance options
  • Manage your pipeline via our mobile sales app


You will need:

  • Proven B2C face-to-face field sales experience
  • Experience closing high-ticket sales in customers’ homes
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confidence working on a commission-only basis
  • Professional, well-presented approach aligned to a premium brand
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Clear DBS check
  • Full UK driving licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile sales tools
