Staffscanner is looking for a Group Business Development Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Group Business Development Manager to help drive new client growth across Staffscanner’s core business and other new-to-market technology and service products within the wider group.

This is a hands-on role focused on building relationships, creating new commercial opportunities and helping convert interest into business. You will work across outreach, target account development, early-stage conversations, pipeline management and deal progression, with plenty of visibility across the wider business.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, credible and comfortable engaging with decision-makers. You should enjoy building momentum, creating opportunity and working in an environment where you can make a real impact.

This role would suit someone with good business development experience who wants broader exposure, more ownership and the chance to grow with a group that is bringing new products and services to market.
