What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Winning new business
• Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
• Learning how to develop your own specialist market
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Becoming a market expert within your niche

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Degree educated
• Competitive mindset
• Experience working in sales/customer-facing roles during university
• Strong communication skills
• High levels of resilience and confidence
• Ambition to earn well and progress quickly

• Played sport at a high level
• Captained teams or societies
• Worked in commission-based sales
• Thrive under pressure
• Naturally back yourself
