Protection Insurance Adviser

Self-Employed | Full-Time Office Based | Hammersmith, London

Already writing protection business but want a bigger platform, stronger lead flow, and more earning potential?

Capricorn is looking for experienced Protection Advisers to join our high-performing protection business in Hammersmith. This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity for advisers who know how to convert and want to be in an environment where performance is rewarded properly.

What you’ll be doing:

• converting qualified mortgage clients into protection business
• owning your pipeline from first contact to completion
• delivering high-quality, client-first advice with urgency and accuracy
• working closely with advisers to maximise referral opportunity and retention
• building consistent volume in a proven protection model

• people who work fast, follow through, and take ownership
• confident communicators who build trust quickly
• advisers able to work full-time from our Hammersmith office
• right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Realistic OTE:

• Year 1: £30,000–£50,000
• Year 2: £80,000–£120,000
• Year 3: £150,000+
• Year 4: £175,000+
