Role Description
The role involves managing and developing an established customer base while identifying new growth opportunities across direct and distribution channels. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering tailored tooling solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Supporting sales initiatives and generating new business opportunities are an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Proficiency in Technical Support and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Sales, including maintaining and growing accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions
- A degree or relevant certification in engineering or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in the tooling or manufacturing industry is beneficial
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
