Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the UK market
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners
- Expand SAJ’s market presence and increase brand awareness across the UK renewable energy sector
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management with customers
- Collaborate closely with technical support, marketing, product management, and headquarters teams
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular market feedback
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer events
- Support channel partners with product training and business development initiatives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry
- Strong understanding of the UK solar and energy storage market
- Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or industry stakeholders is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required
