Functional Assessor –
Location: Lewes
Salary: £40,000 to £51,000 salary is postcode dependent + 5% Training Completion Bonus, +10% bonus
Contract: Full-Time or Part Time

What you’ll do:
- Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals’ functional capability
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist,
- Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
