Legal Systems Developer (Visualfiles & Automation)

Remote Any UK Location| Up to £55,000 | AI-Driven Transformation

A forward-thinking law firm is investing heavily in modernising its Visualfiles platform—integrating AI and automation to drive smarter workflows, improved efficiency and scalable performance.

They’re looking for a Legal Systems Developer to play a key role in this transformation.

The Opportunity

This is not a BAU development role.

You’ll be working at the intersection of legal tech, workflow automation and AI-enabled change, helping to reshape how the business operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise Visualfiles workflows
• Contribute to AI-driven process improvements
• Deliver scalable, compliant and high-performing solutions
• Collaborate with legal, technical and operational stakeholders
• Take ownership from development through to deployment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Visualfiles development experience
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Experience with version control (e.g. Git)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Interest in automation and AI-led transformation
