Job description
Role: Network Performance Lead (Telecoms)
Compensation: Up to £70,000 + Bonus (Permanent)
Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
Industry: Telecommunications / Core Network Operations
Leading the optimisation, monitoring, and performance management of large-scale telecom core networks across mobile and fixed infrastructure
Driving network performance initiatives across 4G/5G core environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and service quality
Taking ownership of end-to-end network performance analysis, troubleshooting, and capacity planning across core network domains
Collaborating with cross-functional engineering, operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and resilient network solutions
Identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing proactive improvements to enhance network efficiency and customer experience
