Rate - Depending on experience

Location - Northwest - Hybrid

Start Date - ASAP

An award winning client are now taking applications for an Architectural Technician to join their team.

Currently there is an exciting expansion underway, they are looking for experienced contractors to support their plans in pioneering innovative solutions for complex urban regeneration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Detailing: Develop high-quality technical design packages and construction details specifically for the retrofit and adaptive reuse of existing urban structures.
• Fabric First Solutions: Implement innovative "fabric first" strategies to improve the thermal performance and energy efficiency of complex legacy buildings.
• BIM Management: Lead the coordination of complex models in Revit, ensuring seamless integration between existing building surveys and new architectural interventions.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in residential sector
• Proficiency in working with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical background
