We’re partnered with one of the most interesting climate tech startups in the UK right now, a company building software and infrastructure to help scale large-scale carbon removal and sustainability initiatives globally. The business is entering a major growth phase and is building out a high-calibre engineering team to support that growth.

They’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to help build systems that sit across operational tooling, infrastructure, data-heavy workflows, and user-facing products. This is a genuinely broad engineering role with strong ownership and plenty of technical complexity.

The environment is very product and engineering-led. Engineers are trusted to make decisions, work closely with stakeholders, and own features end-to-end from design through to deployment and production maintenance. It’s a strong opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys autonomy, systems thinking, and solving real-world problems at scale.

They’re especially interested in engineers who:

• Enjoy solving complex real-world problems
