FLT Bendi/Flexi Driver

We are seeking experienced FLT Bendi/Flexi Drivers for a major logistics client based in Foston, Derbyshire (DE65 5BY).
Full-time hours available with immediate starts and inductions, ongoing work, and opportunities for progression.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking candidates.

?? Role Overview
As an FLT Bendi/Flexi Driver, you will be responsible for efficient warehouse operations using Bendi/Flexi trucks in a fast-paced distribution environment.

?? Shifts & Pay Rates

• Days (06:0014:00): £12.71 per hour
• Afternoons (14:0022:00): £15.33 per hour
• Nights (22:0006:00): £15.74 per hour
• 3-shift rotation (Earlies/Afternoons/Nights): £14.71 per hour
• 2-shift rotation (Earlies/Afternoons): £13.79 per hour
• Overtime available
• Paid weekly
• Free on-site parking

?? Attendance Bonus Scheme (Peak Period)
An attendance-related bonus is available during a 6-week peak period:

• 1 additional shift £75
• 2 additional shifts £150
• 3 additional shifts £225
• 4 additional shifts £300
  (£300 maximum bonus payment)

The payment of this bonus will be paid in arrears in July 2026, following the successful completion of the criteria detailed below:

1. This Additional Peak Bonus Programme extends to ALL agency employees.
2. Worked every rostered shift between Monday 4th May 2026 and Tuesday 30th June 2026 (no sickness absence).
3. Worked a minimum of 1 additional shift (£75 per shift up to a maximum of 4) between Saturday 16th May 2026 and Sunday 28th June 2026.
4. These must be worked as 6th and/or 7th shifts within the same week.

?? FLT Bendi/Flexi Driver Duties

• Operating FLT Bendi/Flexi trucks safely within the warehouse
• Moving stock and pallets within narrow aisle racking
• Loading and unloading goods efficiently
• Using RF scanning devices for accurate stock movement
• Stock control, rotation, and replenishment
• Maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity targets
• Carrying out basic equipment and safety checks
