Rentokil Pest Control - Graduate Pest Control TechnicianLocation: Southampton area, full training provided, no experience required.

Role OverviewGraduate Pest Control Technician role: Start as a Pest Control Technician covering a specific geographic area, provide customer support, and receive comprehensive industry‐recognised training. During the first 6–12 months you will support customers by resolving pest issues and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.

Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.

Offer valuable advice to customers on premises maintenance and hygiene.

Complete accurate reports after every visit.

Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Key Account Manager

Qualifications

Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.

Full UK driving licence.

Desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.

Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.

May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
