The practice offers a supportive working environment with regular lunchtime tutorials and weekly clinical meetings. There are also opportunities to be involved in teaching medical students and postgraduate PA students, with plans to pursue training practice status in the future.

Were looking for a motivated and compassionate GP who is keen to grow, contribute, and shape their career in our practice. Whether your interests lie in elderly care, safeguarding, or teaching and training, your expertise will be welcomed and supported.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.

Main duties of the jobAs a Salaried GP, you will manage a varied caseload, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of health needs in a primary care setting. Responsibilities also include supporting a small 22-bed care home, undertaking PA reviews, and contributing to education and training within the practice. You will take part in practice meetings and clinical discussions, with opportunities to support service improvement and take a lead role in areas such as Adult or Child Safeguarding.
