We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our established Secondary Care team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company that genuinely makes a difference in the lives of our patients.
As an HCA within our NHS Secondary Care Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. You'll work alongside a diverse, friendly, and multi‐skilled team of clinical and management professionals who are committed to providing exceptional secondary care services.
Working under the direction of the clinical team, you will carry out a range of delegated tasks to ensure the smooth running of our services. You will be a key part of the patient care pathway and are expected to work with autonomy, professionalism, and the highest levels of confidentiality, empathy, and discretion.
This role is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a positive impact and become part of a supportive, patient‐focused environment.
Role ResponsibilitiesCarry out tasks and duties delegated by the clinical and management teamsOrder supplies and equipmentSterilise equipment in line with protocolsMaintain basic administrative recordsUse basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills confidently
