REABLEMENT CARE WORKER – JOIN OUR TEAM IN CO. DURHAMLocation: Crook / Willington / Dales / Durham DH7 / Spennymoor / Newton Aycliffe / Ferryhill
Shifts: 7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm
Work Pattern:
Week 1: Monday–Sunday (with two weekdays off)
At Dale Care Ltd, we make your working day easier with grouped visits, structured shift patterns, and minimal gaps between calls. You'll know your rota in advance and work within a small, local area.

What You'll Do
Visit individuals in their homes to support safe, independent living
Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and light household duties
Support with mobility, routines, and reablement goals
Accompany individuals to local amenities or appointments
Work closely with the Hospital to Home team to support smooth discharges
Follow personalised care plans and record progress
