We never do short, sharp, task-led calls but visit for a minimum of 2 hours; employing local people, the vast majority whom drive and are specifically insured to takeour clients out.
Happy to provide home help and personal care too, this tailored support is centred upon our client's emotional and social wellbeing rather than just providing a time-and-task- driven service. Home Instead CareProfessionals don't wear a uniform or have branded cars and are proud to be different.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a positive difference in the quality of life of our clients. If you live in Reigate, Tandridge, Redhill, Oxted, or the surrounding areas, and are free at weekends, we would love to hear from you.
As one of a team of CareProfessionals, you willprovide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients continue to live independently in their own homes, from providing help to prepare meals, memorable trips out, and dog walking, to personal care. We are looking for people with a passion for supporting others, who arereliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You should enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable spending time in the company of others.
Award-Winning training will be given, to reach our high standards.
In return we can offer you:
Our Pay rates are;
Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm £12.15 per hour
Weekends and outside of 9 am - 5 pm £13.25 per hour
We also pay Mileage after the first 7-mile commute at 30pence per mile.
