Care Assistant – Supported Living Location Basingstoke, HampshireWe are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants in Basingstoke, Hampshire to provide a supported living service for 18 people providing personal care to both younger and older people who have a learning disability or autism. The service users have their own self-contained flats. For this role it is preferred that you hold a driving licence.Responsibilities Provide personal care to residents in a supported living environment.Support residents with daily living tasks and promote independence.Work with a team to deliver care to individuals with learning disabilities or autism.Ensure safeguarding and welfare of service users according to regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Requirements Experience as a Care Assistant or equivalentCompassionate, reliable and person-centred approachDriving licence preferredDBS and Update Service paid forFully vaccinated against COVID-19 as required by the regulated care providerContract Types Permanent Full time (37.5 hours)Permanent Part time (various hours)Permanent Weekends onlySalary £9.61ph – £10.57phBenefits 30 days holiday inc Bank Holidays – increasing with serviceFree Health Cashback Scheme membership for you and your familyEmployee Assistance programme including virtual GPs and legal adviceBlue light CardDBS and Update Service paid forEnhanced overtime paymentsLoyalty awards and life assurancePerkbox shopping discounts
