Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed, person‐centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.
Support individuals in financial planning, medication self‐administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.
Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed.
Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person‐centred schedules and personal development plans.
Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
Qualifications and Attributes

Detail‐oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Team player, collaborative and supportive within the team.
Holds an L3 qualification or willing to complete.
Has extensive experience working with learning disabled, autism and managing people.
Additional InformationRelevant pre‐employment checks, including an enhanced DBS and, where applicable, overseas criminal record checks, will be required.
