Job description
OverviewChildren's Home, Home Farm is recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers to provide compassionate care for young people and to support the Registered Manager with daily operations across the home.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to young people during their stay.
Assist the Registered Manager with running a successful staff team.
Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the home.
Update care plans and report relevant information.
Communicate effectively with young people and staff to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare.
Previous experience in a residential childcare setting.
UK driving licence and ability to drive on site.
Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, including DBS checks and references.
Resilience, strong communication, organisational and caring skills.
