Business Improvement LeadOur Business Improvement Lead will be responsible for managing Compco's daily operations and coordinating projects from our Worcester Head Office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Design and implement wider strategic plans, coordinating between internal departments and leading on the administrative tasks.

Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to foster excellent communication.

Analyze financial and business reports, collect data, and deliver summaries.

Upkeep of internal systems, ensuring everything is recorded and filed correctly.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in a Business Improvement Lead role or similar.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management experience, able to see projects through from inception to completion.

Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use own initiative.

Flexible approach to tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Full UK Driving License.

This is a temporary contract role that is office-based role and would require the successful Business Improvement Lead to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
