Join The Compleat Food Group as an Internal Comms and Digital Design Apprentice! This role is your chance to bring people together through engaging content, creative digital designs and storytelling. You will gain hands‐on experience whilst working towards a Level 3 Content Creator qualification.

Responsibilities

Support internal communications, helping to write and share stories across the business

Plan and manage our communications calendar, ensuring key dates, campaigns and initiatives are planned and delivered effectively

Create engaging content for internal channels including newsletters, announcements, social posts and updates

Help create eye‐catching visuals, graphics and branded materials using digital design tools

Provide video creation support to produce dynamic multimedia content

Work with different departments to gather news, stories, and updates from across the business

Help promote internal events, celebrations, and company initiatives

Qualifications

No experience necessary – we're looking for someone with a creative mindset, eye for design and storytelling!

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using or willing to learn digital design tools like Canva

Organised and able to manage multiple projects

A collaborative team player who enjoys connecting with people

Interest in internal communications, digital content, and employee engagement
