Job SummaryWe are seeking a Junior Designer to support our sports marketing team by creating dynamic sales propositions and communication materials.

Core Responsibilities

Creation and development of visual assets and sales propositions, including generic rightsholder and brand presentations.

Develop customised partnership pitch presentations for major right‐sholders such as Team GB and Paralympics GB.

Support concept development and storytelling by interpreting brand identities and translating complex information into clear visual content.

Ensure consistency in visual messaging across all presentation materials.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).

Experience with AI platforms such as Midjourney, DALL‐E, and other generative tools.

High level of proficiency in typography, layout design and creating compelling visual hierarchies.

Excellent organisational, multitasking and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and colleagues globally.
