We are seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships to join our commercial team at Vox Media. As a key member of a small sales team, you will drive revenue with new and existing partners by providing solutions that help build our client's business and brands.

This role carries full strategic ownership of a series of categories for UK and global accounts with accountability for individual revenue performance, market positioning, and long‐term growth. The ideal candidate will utilise their expertise to unlock the full potential of the assigned categories by providing clients with a unique blend of premier content offerings, high‐value audiences and cutting‐edge innovations across a deep brand portfolio of publishing and podcast offerings.

The ideal candidate has a specialism in UK and International sales, robust agency relationships and is a self‐starter who can wholly own a revenue line for Vox Media. You will operate as a market‐facing authority, strengthening client and agency relationships and building scalable, sustainable revenue streams.

This is a high‐energy, high‐volume role that requires persistent and persuasive interactions with clients, deep digital, social and audio expertise, proven sales skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams to close deals.

This is a 12‐month temporary engagement to provide parental leave coverage.

WHAT YOU'LL DORevenue Ownership

Own and deliver against an individual revenue goal, ensuring consistent outperformance across new business and existing accounts.

Identify market opportunities, anticipate industry shifts, and proactively position Vox Media as a leader in the international advertising landscape.

Establish clear prioritisation frameworks to ensure focus on high‐value, scalable revenue streams.

Market Authority

Operate as a market expert for Vox Media, building and maintaining core decision‐maker relationships across agencies and clients.

Maintain consistent in‐person attendance with clients and agencies to drive awareness and reinforce the brand value of Vox Media.

Lead complex, high‐value negotiations that drive long‐term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Provide strategic direction on RFP responses and proactive proposals, removing barriers to growth.

Identify opportunities to evolve offerings and unlock incremental revenue.

SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE

Delivery and consistent overachievement of revenue targets

360 account knowledge and coverage of the designated categories

5–7 meetings per week with a minimum of 50% in‐person meetings and monthly agency hot‐desking

Build strong relationships through client and agency entertaining

Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy, aligning with management on pacing

Demonstrable growth in both new advertiser acquisition and existing client expansion

WHO YOU ARE

BA or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 4–5 years of experience within international media sales.

Established credibility and network of contacts among international agencies and clients.

Self‐starter who is highly motivated, detail‐oriented and exceptionally organised.

Strong digital, social and audio background with multi‐platform experience.

Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets while managing opportunities from prospect to execution.

Experience working with multi‐touchpoint campaigns.

Ability to multi‐task with a tenacious ability to execute sales campaigns.

Flexibility and willingness to roll‐up sleeves in a highly collaborative environment.

Natural curiosity and never‐ending desire to learn.

Keen ability to listen and provide a consultative selling approach.

Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business, and growing and retaining existing business.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK2 days minimum in our London office, with additional in‐office days to meet agency or client needs (likely averaging 3–4 days per week).
