Casual, variable hours, working as and when required.

Based at Davies Court Residential Care Unit – Dinnington.

We are recruiting 5 Casual Care Staff to support adults within our 60‐bed residential care home, delivering both Intermediate Care (Rehabilitation) and Dementia Care services.

About You

An understanding of the social and emotional needs of adults

A calm, empathetic and respectful approach

Clear and effective communication skills

A practical mindset and the ability to solve everyday problems

An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety.

QualificationsNQF Level 2 qualification (e.g. GCSEs grades D–G, NVQ Level 2/3, GNVQs Foundation, City & Guilds Part 1) or Equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experience
