Responsibilities

Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.

Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care, and document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.

Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.

Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.

Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Attributes

Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.

Desirable: Previous experience in a care‐home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
