ResponsibilitiesYou will...
Work directly with our Skillseed team to support the coordination, design and management of in-person and virtual learning events, projects and experiences.
Get the opportunity to participate in and contribute to upstream activities that impact program operations.
The Responsibilities specifically
Project Management and Programme Coordination: Assist programme and project leads in programme coordination, providing logistical and administrative support to Skillseed's programmes
Programme Development: Using the insights from market research or client feedback, you will support the team in the continuous improvement of programmes and projects for Skillseed's diverse group of client partners.
Lead generation & Market Development: Support business development efforts by creating sales & marketing content, and assisting in the development of social media campaigns.
Learning Outcomes
Learn how to coordinate event and programme logistics and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of socially impactful programmes.
Learn to consolidate, analyse and interpret customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Learn to identify areas for enhancement for post-programme/project actionable recommendations
Learn how to create and develop collaterals for different stakeholders.
Understand how to craft content for various communication channels (eg. Social media and sales presentation decks) and a diverse group of client partners.
Skills & Knowledge
(Good to have) Majoring in Event Management, Tourism, Community Development
Previous knowledge and/or experience in project management and planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiar with Google Suite
Good to have but not essential: Familiar with Slack, Notion

CommitmentCommitment: We are looking for full-time students from the local Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) who can commit full-time for a minimum of 5-6 months for any of the following periods
Cycle 14: Aug/Sep 2026 to Mar 2027 (YCCI)
Cycle 15: Sep/Oct 2026 to Mar 2027 (YCCI)
If you are available in Cycle 14 or 15, we are offering this internship under Youth Corps Community Internship Programme.
Here's what we are offering under this internship:
5 work days a week (from 9.30 am - 6.30 pm)
Hybrid working arrangements (in-person and remote work)
Centrally located work location on WFO days
