Care AssistantMcCarthy Stone are recruiting a Care Assistant to join the team at our Twelve Acres Place development in Chichester. Twelve Acres Place is a Retirement Living Plus development built in 2025 with 62 apartments.

Hourly rate£14.12 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.

Hours & schedule25 hours per week.

About the roleAs a Care Assistant you will provide high‐quality individual care to residents, deliver housekeeping and domestic support, encourage participation in a wide range of activities, book appointments, arrange transport, escort residents to visits and assist with shopping.

About You

Warm, friendly and ideally some experience working in a care or support environment.

Passion for the wellbeing and happiness of older people, and a willingness to work as part of a team in a busy environment.

Driven to deliver excellent customer service.

Preferably holds a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although alternative qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
