Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate Part Time Morning and / or Evening Care Assistant to join our team in Harlow. This role is perfect for someone who wishes to make a significant difference in the lives of elderly individuals by providing them with the support they need in the comfort of their homes during the evening hours.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with their evening routines, including personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing.
Prepare evening meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to any dietary restrictions.
Provide companionship, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities that clients enjoy.
Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure clients' living spaces are clean and comfortable.
Offer medication reminders and assist with bedtime preparations.
Ensure a safe environment for the client, addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
HoursEvening shifts, typically starting from 6 pm to 10 pm. Flexibility is required, with the possibility of working weekends on a rotational basis.

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided.
A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients and their families.
A reliable, organised, and flexible approach to work.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Enhanced DBS check.
