Practice Nurse – WeymouthDream Medical is working with a GP surgery in Weymouth in recruiting a Practice Nurse for their surgery.
The practice is looking for a nurse to cover a minimum of 17, up to 22 hours a week on a permanent basis however can offer more for the candidate in future.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
Skills
Up to date in baby Immunisations and Vaccinations
Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
Child and adult immunisations
Cervical Cytology
Spirometry
Diabetes
Asthma and COPD monitoring
Family planning
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
Salary Package Includes
NHS pension
Up to 5 weeks' annual leave + Bank Holidays (this will be pro‐rata for part time staff)

Support towards Appraisal and Revalidation.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience
