The Role – What You'll Be DoingAs a Care Worker, you'll provide person-centred support in people's homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Your Duties May Include

Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, showering)

Helping with meals, eating and drinking

Supporting social and physical activities

Booking and accompanying service users to appointments

Completing clear and accurate care notes

Building trusted, consistent relationships with service users

Sometimes, you may be the only person a service user sees that day — your role genuinely matters.
