BTG Eddisons is a leading national firm of chartered surveyors, delivering practical, commercially‐focused property advice across the UK. As our Land, Planning & Development team continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Milton Keynes office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a respected consultancy, working alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of development projects.

The RoleYou will support the Land, Planning & Development team throughout the full development lifecycle, gaining exposure to a wide variety of sites, clients, and project types. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting colleagues on land, planning, and development projects from initial instruction through to completion.

Responding to enquiries, undertaking site inspections, and supporting the marketing of development opportunities.

Preparing development appraisals, researching planning context, and producing clear, professional reports.

Valuing and pricing development sites using Argus Developer software.

Identifying new development opportunities, including standalone sites and land‐assembly prospects.

Collating documentation, marketing brochures, and information packs.

Negotiating Heads of Terms and supporting transactional work.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored and commercially‐focused advice.

Contributing to the department's profile through social media activity, monitoring local plans, and staying up to date with relevant market and planning news.
