We are currently seeking experienced Dermatology Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics in Dorset, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across:

Minor OperationsComplex Minor Operations

This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care throughout all stages of the perioperative pathway.

RequirementsTo be considered, you must:

Be currently working within an NHS dermatology service

Have recent, hands‐on experience supporting patients within:

Minor Ops / Complex Minor Ops

Have been actively undertaking this work for at least 6 months within the past 12 months

Responsibilities include supporting with:

Preparing patients for minor surgical procedures

Setting up equipment, instruments and procedure trolleys

Clinic and treatment room preparation

Assisting clinicians to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
