We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador / Supervisor to oversee a luxury womenswear concession within John Lewis Cheadle. This is a solo role, offering full ownership of the brand's presence in-store.Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales performanceBuild and maintain a loyal client baseTake full responsibility for the concession's daily operationsEnsure high standards of visual merchandisingManage stock and support replenishment processesWork closely with the host store team to enhance overall performanceProfile Experience within premium or luxury retailStrong commercial awareness and sales abilitySelf-motivated and confident working independentlyExcellent organisational and communication skillsPassionate about delivering a high-level customer experience
